As a Gold Class shop, we require each of our technicians involved in collision repair to take ongoing training every year. This includes classes on new vehicle technologies and the latest repair techniques. Frame To Finish is among only 15 percent of collision repair businesses to achieve Gold Class status, whereas shops that are not Gold Class may train minimally or not at all. Gold Class shops are trained on how to fix your vehicle right; on what can be repaired and what needs to be replaced; and on how to see hidden damage you may not see.   • Do you work with insurance companies?

    Yes, we work with ALL insurance companies. If you need our assistance setting up your claim or rental, or  just have questions in regards to the process - please give us a call and we would be happy to assist! 

  • How long will it take to repair my vehicle?

    Every claim, and accident is different. We will do our best to give you an estimated completion date based on the damages but parts availability and delivery timelines may be out of our control. 

  • How much will it cost to repair my vehicle?

    The cost of repairs depends on a variety of factors, including the extent of the damage, the parts and materials needed, and the labor required to complete the repairs. Every repair is different, and sometimes there is hidden damage. We will contact you as soon as we have your vehicle disassembled to go over the full repair cost. We always provide our customers with transparent pricing information. Please note that we CAN NOT give estimates over the phone this is especially true for vehicles with possible frame or structural damages.

  • Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?

    Yes, we stand behind our work with a warranty on all workmanship completed for as long as you own the vehicle. Parts will carry the manufacturer’s warranty.  If you experience any issues or concerns with your repairs, simply bring your vehicle back and we'll make it right.
